Overview

You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return. After 14 days, returns or refunds are not eligible.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition (tags, packaging, and labels intact).
  • Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Masks or hygiene products with broken seals or signs of use.
  • Worn/altered personal care accessories (e.g., jewelry, hair items).
  • Gift cards or final sale/promotional items.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us First: Email support@aliveora.com to request a return.
  • Include your order number and reason for return.
  • We’ll provide the return shipping address and instructions.
  1. Ship Your Item:
  • Return the item to the address provided by our team.
  • Do not ship returns to the manufacturer.

Restocking Fee for Change of Mind:

  • If you’re returning an item simply because you don’t like it, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • This fee covers processing and repackaging costs.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
  • Deductions Include:
  • 20% restocking fee (for change-of-mind returns).
  • Original and return shipping costs (non-refundable).

Shipping Costs & Responsibility

  • You are responsible for all return shipping fees.
  • For expensive items, we recommend using a trackable/insured shipping service.
  • We are not liable for lost, delayed, or damaged returns.

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds apply if:

  • The item is returned after 14 days.
  • Tags/packaging are missing, or the item shows wear.
  • A 20% restocking fee applies (change-of-mind returns).

Exchanges

Exchanges are only offered for defective/damaged items:

  1. Email support@aliveora.com with order details and photo proof.
  2. Ship the item to the address we provide.

Gift Returns

  • Gifted items shipped directly to you will receive a gift credit.
  • Items shipped to the gift giver first will be refunded to them.
